Our mission is simple: help you feel your best through personalized, evidence-informed chiropractic care. Dr. Tran founded the practice sixteen years ago, and today we serve South El Monte and Westminster from two offices with one team.

We combine chiropractic adjusting with soft-tissue work, traction, taping, rehab exercise and nutrition guidance, because pain usually has more than one thing feeding it. In-clinic X-rays and INSiGHT scans mean we're working from what's actually there, not a guess.
What that looks like in practice: we don't rush exams, we explain what we found before we do anything, and we treat "when can I stop coming in?" as a fair question with a real answer.

Dr. Kristy Tran
Founder, CEO & Chiropractor
Dr. Tran founded Organic Chiropractic Care and brings more than sixteen years of experience to it. Her focus is musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and personal injury cases, and she's certified through the PX Experience pediatric chiropractic program.

"Hi, my name is Norma, and I am the Clinic Director at Organic Chiropractic Care, serving both our South El Monte and Westminster locations. I'm here to support you with all your needs, both in the front office and behind the scenes, so your experience is smooth, comfortable and well-coordinated.
As a certified medical assistant, I'm dedicated to providing the highest level of care while making every patient feel welcomed and supported. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing training with Dr. Tran in personal injury cases, as well as pediatric experience and PX Docs with the INSiGHT Scan.
I've proudly been part of the Organic Chiropractic Care family for nine years, and it truly feels like my second home. After Karina introduces you, I'll greet you and check in on how you've been since your last visit. I also assist Dr. Tran with therapies and help guide rehabilitation plans built around your needs.
Many patients come to us feeling discomfort, fear or uncertainty. My goal is to turn that into a positive experience by helping you feel at ease, heard and cared for. I believe therapeutic touch plays an important role in healing, and I want you to leave feeling energized, rejuvenated and healthy."
